What we collect

We collect the contact, delivery and order information needed to fulfil your purchase. PayPal processes payment details; SpringRollPro does not receive or store your full card information.

How we use it

We use your information to process orders, deliver products, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Hosting, security and delivery

Hostinger hosts the website and order database. Cloudflare provides DNS, content delivery, encryption and security services and may process IP addresses, request headers, requested URLs, device or browser details, and security and diagnostic information when you access the site. If enabled, Google Places processes address searches used to suggest delivery addresses. PayPal processes payment and transaction information. These providers may process data in the countries where they operate.

Storage and access

Order details are stored in our secured website database and accessible only to authorised administrators and service providers where required to operate, secure or support the store.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing [email protected]. Some transaction records must be retained for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
