Shipping

Delivery within Australia only. Flat-rate shipping is AUD $9.95 per order. For dispatch or delivery questions, contact [email protected] with your order reference if you have one.

30-day returns on unused, undamaged products

If you change your mind, return your unused, undamaged SpringRollPro within 30 days of delivery for a refund of 100% of the product purchase price. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number before sending your return so we can provide return instructions. Pack the product securely to protect it in transit. Once we receive it and confirm it is unused and undamaged, we will refund the product purchase price to your original payment method. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns, and you are responsible for return postage.

Your consumer rights

This change-of-mind guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The 30-day period, unused and undamaged conditions, and shipping exclusions do not limit your rights for faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.

Faults and damage

If your product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in line with applicable consumer law.
